Szkolenie ma na celu kszta\u0142towanie dobrych nawyk\u00f3w w pracy zawodowej i w gospodarstwie domowym, co przyczyni si\u0119 do ograniczenia ilo\u015bci produkowanych przez spo\u0142ecze\u0144stwo odpad\u00f3w i zmniejszenia zu\u017cycia energii.<\/p><p>Szkolenie obejmuje cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 informacyjn\u0105 i warsztatow\u0105. W efekcie pracownicy nab\u0119d\u0105 trwa\u0142e kompetencje ekologiczne, b\u0119d\u0105 lepiej gospodarowa\u0107 materia\u0142ami i energi\u0105, co przyczyni si\u0119 do zmniejszenia obci\u0105\u017cenia \u015brodowiska naturalnego, ni\u017cszych koszt\u00f3w utrzymania instytucji i wi\u0119kszej odporno\u015bci na kryzysy.
